based on my own experience im going to have to say they happen at about the same time. in the begining i thought i was dropping and not fluffing because i didn't have as much upper pole fullness but what had really happened is the swelling was going down...but now I am actually starting to D&F because they are a bit lower and a lot softer compared to day one...I hope this helped : )

If you are massaging, you are pretty much destined to fluff.

Hey.... unfortunately I have gotten smaller...
 I was a 34 DD and now a 34 D but I have lost about 7-8 lbs but don't think that has too much to with it.... Hopefully you will get what you want
