i had my BA 3days ago, but i had my first look at them properly today and my nipples look really low down??
has anyone else found this? they seem to be sitting close to the crease and im jus wondering when the breasts 'drop' over the next few wks, should my nipples move back into a higher position?
am really regrettin havin my BA because of this, not happy at all

size 8/10

don't panic hon, You are so early yet. They will drop and your nips will fall (or rise, i guess is more to the point) to a more natural position. As the implant drops you should end up centered on the breast. If they started in the middle and then the implant dropped your nipples would be way too high. kwim? i think you'll be ok, but discuss it with your ps at your next appt.

Weird, were they really low before? I didnt know nipples moved when the implant drops.

Yes, my nipples were I guess lower than normal, but not so much where I needed a lift. My PS said that when the implants are placed in, the nipple should rise and will be centered. 2 days post, it has rose quite a bit, but not competely centered yet. I will see him on Wed and ask him about that, but I'm not worried as I was surprised that it ever did that.

My nipple is a bit droopy after having my BA because I was not able to move it (long story) Im hoping it moves em even a tad! thatd work for me!!! heh

Mine were very low, so low they were almost hidden. I am 7 weeks post op and one nipple is centered and the other has about 1/2 cm to rise before it is centered. This was one of the first things my PS told me to expect. It looks horrible but not to worry it will fix itself

Wow - this is a great visual for women! I would have been horrified if I was this woman! The results are beautiful! Worth the wait!

My looked almost exactly like these pictures soon after my BA and they've dropped beautifully and look perfect! Don't worry, I think everything will be fine once they drop

I love this site...I was like ready to cry. Mine are very low right now, the people (friends) I have shown my breasts since the BA didn't mention it but I freaked out and asked a couple people the other day if they thought they seemed low, and they said 'YES'. I was super upset, thank goodness for this thread!!

I am now 11days post op, and they look great now. 3 days post op i was panicking wondering what id done to myself. now they have dropped and the nipples are much more central, they look much better, thanks so much for everyones replies!

Glad to hear you are feeling better about the whole thing! The first week for me was a real rollercoaster. I still have moments of panic where I am convinced that I am going to be the only one who ends up with boobs that don't settle properly, but everyday I am surprised by the changes from the day before. We will get there!

Nipples being low is nothing to worry about after BA. Mine were sooo low after BA...I freaked the first time I saw it. Luckily, the nurse had told my Mom they would be like that for a few weeks..so that made me feel better. Hang in there and Good Luck!
