Frustration...Help!!
Anyone out there working out post TT? Anyone else afraid that they are going to ruin the muscle repair?? I am paralyzed with fear of tearing or stretching the muscle repair in my abdomen. I am trying to go back to my life of endurance activities (swimming, running and cycling-marathons triathlons) but just as I get back into it...something feels weird, I swell and then I panic... BTW-I am still wearing a girdle or binder 24/7. My PS says I am fine but does he really know if it will hold based on my activity, "No" he says!! Please Please anyone out there have any advice!
