Thank-you so much for taking the time to find that video and posting it for us all! Here for the last 5 weeks I thought I was doing a good job with my massaging...

I like that they also showed more than just one technique as well.

Thats a great video...although the technique I was shown on my 1st day PO appt was a lot different....I am not sure why every PS has varying opions.... Iwas told to start yesterday with my massage and be vigorous! And some of you girls are a few weeks out and have been told not to....hmmmmm....

Are you using Firefox 3? I do, and the video won't work for me either because it uses "blocklisted add-ons that should no longer be used with Mozilla products."

I don't have IE- does anyone know of a mirror site? I had no luck finding one and really wanna watch the technique!
