bad bruise

i am 9 days post-op and love my boobs! i think the size is perfect even if i lose a little bit to swelling and they have great cleavage! Only thing is i had a nasty bruise on the side of one of them ever since my ba...I think the trauma of the skin stretching etc was a bit much for it....does neone have ne tips on how to get rid of bruises quickly??

Yup the Arnica really helped me too but its more effective right before and right after the trauma. You can also try rubbing an Arnica gel or cream on them, this really really really helped me!

i had an ugly ugly deep purple/red bruise under my right breast for over 3 weeks. I am 18 days PO and today for the first time i noticed it was finally all gone. give it some time and it will heal. if you are concerned just keep any eye on it and watch for changes. but brusing is totaly normal as you just had a pretty major surgery on your breasts!!

HTH and Happy healing

OMG.. searching for bruising patients.. i too had redo ba but on Aug 15. performed in Mexico... love my ps.. he did my first surgery also.. 10 yrs ago. anyhow... i have horrible bruising from leakeage of silicone gel from prev. impalnts... dont have the time to drive 6 hours so i do my post op with local ps. He told me i had med. size hematoma.. now i was told to just wait it out and hope that it goes away on its own or i might need to go back in... not to scare you or anything.... i too.... am trying the arnica pills and crossing my fingers that it goes away like a "bruise" does.. with time. Keep us posted on your progress!!!!!

PS>>> congrats on your surgery!!!! Boobs are GREAT!!!!!

Hi, I bruise really easily so I did some research as to what I can do to stop it and I found out about Arnica tablets or cream, I haven't had my surgery yet but I am having rhinoplasty as well and if normal people bruise that much then my whole face will be covered in one big bruise so i'm going to be getting arnica before my surgery and hope for the best, sorry I haven't tried it yet to give you any results as to if it works or not but it's what i've been recommended so hopefully it does! Well good luck and I hope you find something that works for you :-)
