Hi poledancingmom!
From what I've been explained, that doesn't last forever and is mostly because your skin is likely stretching.. I'm having my BA nov 28th.. I've been told to massage cocoa butter on them to help ease the stretching/burning feeling.. avoiding the incision site of course.. hope it passes quickly for you!! )

Ughhhh!!! I felt like you do a few times. I have the same size as you and still feel that sensitivity but not as bad. It does get better as time goes by, but I'm guessing the bigger the implant, the longer it may take because of the skin stretching!?!
I had one moment that anxiety hit me bad one evening. All at once it hit me in my mind about them feeling foreign in my body and I wanted them out. I started to freak out for a few moments and wanted them out right then and thought of taking a Xanax. I was just tired and layed back and took a nap and was much better after I rested for a bit. I've never felt that way since. They feel much better at the stage I'm at now and more like a part of my body each day. The numbness and sensitivity is still there but not as bad. HTH and hang in there. It's sooooo gonna be worth it!!! |

Hi poledancingmom
I had my BA the week before you and i am experiencing exactly the same feeling of sunburn, soreness.I have read other girls say similar things so i guess its just par for the course and we got to ride it out.My ps told me to try aloa vera which i have been rubbing in twice a day but haven't noticed any change except the cream is really cold and that relieves it for a minute.Maybe a cold compress would be better and cheaper LOL. Lots of hugs hope u feel better soon. |

Hope your day gets better

I had my BA done on October 15th and I am just getting over that feeling. It lasted for a little over 2 weeks for me. May not sound long but it seemed like FOREVER! Kind of like morning sickness though, it is really bad and sucks and then one day you realise you have not felt it all day. That is how it was with me. Hang in there it does go away!

Sorry ... when I felt like that I'd give my boobies and soapy massage, the water and soap didn't pull my skin with warm or cold water.. it helped me plus they got a good massage

From reading other girls suggestions on some threads here, I bought Vitamin E cream and Bio oil and use them everyday. Might be something else to consider to help you in the transition.

Thanks ladies! Today is a little better...I too have read that it's all normal and to be expected, nonetheless, it sucks..haha Showering helps, as does cold compresses...I just can't wait to feel like they are "me"
