HELP!! I really just want to make sure I do the best for myself.. prevent bottoming out.. etc...
Where can I get the BEST post-op bra???? ![]() And how big do I get it if I don't know exactly what I'll be. I hope to be a C... should I go a little bigger, or get the C and hope it squishes when they're swollen?? make me heal .com has a wide array of bras.. zip up, bandeau, sports-bra like.. tank-top like... What is best? Does it depend on size? Ahh! HELP!

hey there! i know how nervous you must be! i was like that too, trying to get everything prepared before the surgery and having all the proper things to wear.
have you asked your doc about what he suggests for his patients? my doc told me to go with the ever popular Champion sports bra with zip up front. you can just go to a Sports Authority store or the Champion website to look for it. they were just having a sale on them but i don't know if it's still on. the sports bra options tend to be more affordable compared to the compression garments listed on **********. but hey, if you got the money, go with the compression garments. whatever choice you go with, double check with your doc first!!! every doc is different when it comes to their post-op instructions. i had one doc from a previous consult that actually advises against any bras or compression garments for post-op. he likes nature to do its thing.
