had my 10 day post op today - JustBreastImplants.com Forums - Breast Augmentation, Breast Implants, and Plastic Surgeons

I got my stitches taken out and the of my crease incisions and they are already thin flat line light pink/white scars, I can't believe it, the nurse said I'd healed beautifully and probably wouldn't even need to do any scar therapy (I already bought silicone sheeting and mederma however so I plan to use them and got clearance to in 4 days) so I'm thinking pretty soon, the incisions will be pretty much invisible. When my plastic surgeon came in he said I was still very swollen and tight, but that he expected that because I started with little to no breast tissue, have very tight skin, and got 550 and 575 cc partials under the muscle. He then taught me how to start the massage and instructed me to begin taking 1000 iU of Vitamin E daily. Also, he said to continue wearing my post augmentation surgical bra and/or sports bras for about the next week but after that (at about 3 weeks) I can wear whatever bras I feel comfortable in (even underwire, woohoo!). He pretty much cleared me on light physical activity but reminded me to still take it somewhat easy and when in doubt "if it hurts, don't do it." Haha, my plastic surgeon is pretty laid back but still gets down to business

Anyways, I have my next post op with him in a month and he anticipates me looking pretty good when he sees me (swelling down, more dropping and settling etc..), so all in all everything went good and I'm pretty happy and excited.
Just wanted to share details of my post op with you ladies...

Glad to hear all went well with your appt! I dont go for another 8 days to have mine removed. I was wondering last nigh if having the sutures removed hurts? I also have the crease incision! I hope not..I've had enough pain to last me a lifetime!

That's amazing! you're healing so well. I hope I heal that well. My BA is in 2 days. YEAH! I hope you continue to hv a great recovery!
