bebby will become famous soon enough
I had crease incisions and you? aerola incisions will naturally take longer for the feelings to return...
I found a thread re: numbness!
http://www.justbreastimplants.com/fo...rn-normal.html (Does nipple sensation return to normal?)
I had total numbness on the bottom half of both boobies for a good 5 weeks and still a little now at times a little numb..
My nipples were not numb but super super sensitive
(they are usually on high beam anyway) but after surgery they stayed on "fog spot lights" for about 3 weeks....
My surgery was on the 30th August...
We all go through different healing stages at different times so please dont worry...
When you still have concerns then contact your PS and clear it up ...IMO give it a little more time... bebby

I'm 2 weeks post op and almost my entire boob, including the nipple, on both sides, are numb. It is the weirdest/worst feeling. Hopefully both of us will get full sensation back soon...most do.

Almost all the girls get feeling back.

I'm just over a year post op and I'd say for the first two weeks EVERYTHING was numb on both sides. I had some zingers (shocky shooting pains) and then at about two months or so I could feel the outsdies of my boobs and the very bottoms near the incision, that' it.

My nipples and 50% or so of my breasts have been numb for an entire year. BUT, my nipples have just now started to have a litte feeling.

So, I guess the moral of the story is don't give up! I've heard massage and some form of B vitamin helps nerver regeneration.

I had pretty much given up on having any nipple sensation at all but now that I've got about 25% I'm hoping that maybe in the next year I'll get even more feeling back.

The numbness has been the most upseting thing to me about the entire process.

Good luck.

Thanks for the post. I was searching too. I am 8 weeks and the whole lower (below the nipple is completely numb) My nipples are good but the bottom half feels like its not even there. I had a crease incision. I am starting to worry.

I still have numbness on the top part of my boobs. Usually they say the bottom stays numb and then the tops but for some reason mine decided to do the oposite! Its been 4 months post op and the feeling is slowly coming back. I have crease incisions so I'm not sure the dynamics of aerola incisions if the feeling is the same. Nipples know cold but are still a little numb...

Over sensitive

Mine were numb at first but now I have that ZINGY pain in my right nipple area, my lefty is all good.
I'm 3 weeks post op today. I do have more cc's in my right breast and its really sensitive, hurts when the seatbelt touches and especially in the shower.

Gosh I hope it returns to normal soon. I know it will, this is my second BA, just seems to be taking more time than before.
