3 Week Post Op
I just had my 3 week post op appointment with the PS, and it went well! I got the clear to wear any bras that I want, including underwire
The only issue I have is a stitch that didn't dissolve yet on the underside of my areola. It was oozing a little bit of fluid (liquidy white stuff then blood if I mess with it), and when she looked at it today she tried getting it with the tweezers unsuccessfully So it's still in there, but I wish it would come out! Did anyone else have this happen? She told me that it should just work its way out but if not, I'll need to go back and have her get it out under a local or something. Aside from that, she said she was very surprised how well I dropped this soon considering I had strong pec muscles. I'm very happy with my progress, I don't need to go back to her until January or so.

Glad to hear your post op appt went so well..Hopefully that last stitch will dissolve on its own! I cant imagine it being fun to have to go in later to have her remove it! You look great!
