AHH! I have mondor's cords
They are so creepy to look at! I have 2 of them under my right boob. Boo! It used to be my prettier one in my recovery process (2 weeks post op) but now I don't even want to look at my righty when I raise my arm up because that's when the mondor's cords show their face! Haha, oh well...at least they're harmless...just wanted to share

Mondor's Cords are firm cord-like bands that sometimes form just under the skin near the breast. They are temporary, but often somewhat painful. The most common cause is having an incision on or near the breast, so they can occur after breast reduction, mastopexy, biopsies, or breast augmentation. They usually begin 1 to 4 weeks after operation.
That was copy and pasted from some other website. |
