Ok girls..My right boob is now smaller than the lft and much softer..earlier today I didnt notice this but am now..Granted they are both starting to get soft...But the right is a lot softer..now either I have a leak already or this is part of the process..I just didnt think 6 days post op they would do this! Also on the side of the right under my arm..I noticed a "bubble" under my skin..feeels like fluid there. Either its a leak or swelling..I dont know if it was there before or not but they told me its a LITTLE bruised there..should I be freaking? I plan to call my ps tomorrow..but seriously what would he do? If it IS leaking? omg will i have to pay all over again to have it replaced? Please help me from freaking out!!!

hey ginger, just wanted to pop in.. can't answer your questions but that "bubble" of fluid, I've got them too. So... just know you're not the only one going through this

I go in Friday for post op

My understanding is that if saline leaks it just gets absorbed by your body so I dont think it would make a bubble or anything, best just talk to your PS though. Perhaps one is just healing faster than the other, try to be optimistic until tomorrow

Well the righty isnt flat today so maybe its not a leak...I can only hope its just progressing more than the lefty! However it is quite a bit smaller! I called him just in case and he said he would evaluate it at my appt next wed unless it goes super flat from now until then!

I had the same thing, it was just my body fluids not absorbed yet. It finally went away. It is called a seroma I think when it doesn't go away, but it will so don't worry. Talk to your ps about it.
