yes, your only 2 days out and showering is a big thing,,, take it easy, rest and each day you'll feel stronger,, until you do try to not be alone..
good luck

I had the same feeling in the shower, felt like I was gonna pass out. Luckily I have two "seats" in my shower. If I were you I would try maybe bringing one of those plastic lawn chairs into the shower to sit down & wash yourself while letting the water run on you. Also, having a hand held shower head is the best. You might try turning the temp on the water down too. When the water is really warm it makes your blood pressure spike which could cause you to pass out. If possible have someone at least in the house with you while you try to shower. Good luck & keep us posted.

I know what you girls are going through

the first time i took a shower it was rough

after taking the ban off and stepping into the shower it

felt like a elephant sat in my chest.

The one thing ive learn is to have the water just hit ur back only

and just stand their for a few mins

that way ur muscle can contact to the water temp.

I hope i was able help

xoxo

I had my BA on the 14th so I am a few days ahead - it *does* of course get better every day.
I got light headed in the shower as well, and was not feeling well at all. Today I decided to keep supporting the girls during the shower to see if that would help, so after wrapping myself in cling wrap to keep the incisions dry I put a bikini top over it for support. Needless to say that I looked quite hot, hehe!
The support kept the pain at bay though (which made me light headed) and a glass of cold water afterwards (a not too long shower) helped as well.
I find it easier to wash my hair with the kitchen hand shower/faucet when needed and then keeping the showers short for now.
Good luck finding what works for you!
Warmly,
Bloom
