Hi Everyone!

Thank you all for the good luck wishes! My surgery went fantastic.. I am super happy!

The night of my surgery, I got a really good nights sleep, and worked almost the whole day. I was glad that I worked, cause it kept my mind off of my upcoming surgery. So, My surgery was supposed to start at 5, so I got to Dr. Sayeg's office at 4. My surgery was a little delayed, and didn't end up starting until about 6:30. I was really worried about the anesthesia, and how all of that would go, since I've never been "under" before. I have to admit, it was not scary at all. My anesthesiologist was so nice and so calming. She said.. "are you ready to go under".. told me to go on Vacation for an hour.. I asked her. "Where am I going".. she said "Barbados".. and then I said.. "Do I get a Cabana Boy"? Those were my last words! DO I GET A CABANA BOY! How funny is that?

Anyway, Dr. Sayeg said that I came out of anesthesia happy, and that I was laughing.. and I guess I told him that I loved him several times. My friends Carrie and Amanda were there as well as Joe, and it was so much easier than I had expected. I was starving.. so on the way home, I made Joe stop and get a pizza! Ha ha! I ate my pizza, and crashed on the couch. My friend Carrie, spent the night, she's a doctor, just to make sure that I was OK.. and took me to my post op appointment on Friday. I was hardly in any pain at all!! In fact, after my appointment, we went shopping at Somerset! Got home a little after 1pm and then just watched movies all day.. "Little Miss Sunshine" is so cute.. you have to watch it!

Anyway, thats it.. I'm really happy with the whole procedure.. I don't have any incisions, since they went through the belly button, and I am happy with the size as well. I am not huge.. and thats all I wanted really, was just to be proportionate.. and I am!

Life is great.. I lost a total of 24 pounds.. down to size 4.. from a 6 .. and now I finally have the body that I have always wanted! Thanks again for all the support!

I really haven't had hardly any pain at all.. I haven't taken the Vicodin that was perscribed.. I've been fine with the Tylenol #3's. I took a shower on Saturday and that went well too.

I am so glad that I found this forum.. this really has been an easy and so much LESS terrifying experience!! HUGS to everyone!

I am still sleeping semi-sitting up.. and I have not experienced "morning boob" as of yet. Anyway, I am very happy with my decision!!

Left: 495 cc
Right: 480 cc
Was: 34 A

I really don't remember anything while being under.. but my doc said that I came out of anesthesia Laughing and giggling... so the cabana boy must have been Great!

I had UNDERS.. a little tight.. but so far Ok..

Congrats to you on your boobies! Love the cabana boy story... ill have to remember that one, my DH thought it was awful that I asked the surgeon to listen to some heavy metal so he wouldnt fall asleep during the surg
