Fluffing?!
What's the fluffing all about? I've been searching and searching and cannot find it. When does fluffing occur? Also, where did my armpits go? Anyone else armpits disappear from the swelling?
Thanks! April |

Fluffing is a gradual process. It starts usually after the swelling has subsided. It's the process of your tissues and muscles healing from the trauma of the surgery. It's the stretching of the skin to accomodate the size of the implant. As time goes on in your healing you will begin to notice that your breasts will go from being rock hard to soft and squishy. You will notice the implant settling into it's proper position and being more full on the bottoms and sides. The fluffing process takes a complete year to complete, but you should see major changes in softness in months 3 - 8 post-op. During this period you will notice your breasts will also mold themselves into the bra cups better. Some ladies have noticed size changes during the fluffing process too.
Your armpits will go back to normal after your breasts have dropped into their proper position and your breasts start to soften up. |

LOL my armits r alwyas swollen, they're more like arm bups not pits i have fat armpits lol!! Anyway fluffing is mixed in with the process of dropping. Sort like they drop from being so high then I guess fluff out they get softer. I never seemed to notic but friend and family say wow they look way bigger and more "out there" and softer. so I guess you could say I've been fluffing. I'm 2 months now
