![]() | I've tried my stomach and it doesn't hurt.. I just really feel the implants and it is just too weird for me. I was a tummy sleeper too. Now I kind of sleep partially on my side, but my lower half is mostly towards the bed with one leg up. Hard to explain. But that is the closest I can get to sleeping on my tummy now. I don't know if that'll change.

i started sleeping on my stomach again after about a month i think. i am such a stomach sleeper that i was miserable the whole time i couldn't! it doesnt feel completely normal - i can feel the implants - but it doesn't hurt or anything. as for whether or not it's healthy, all my plastic surgeon told me was not to sleep on my breasts for 7 days. but i'm sure that's not what they all say.

![]() | I am 7 weeks post op and I have been tampering with the tummy sleeping I am a stomach sleeper, and have missed it terribly. How have you done it for 3 months?! My suggest is to get a pillow and lay it parallel to the one you lay your head on, that way your precious girls have pillows too It helps alleviate the pressure and its softer! HTH!

I am a tummy sleeper too and started sleeping on my stomach at about 3 weeks PO. It felt weird at first (didn't hurt though). I just have to adjust them a bit to get comfortable. For the most part it feel normal now.

I'm a tummy sleeper. I started messing with laying flat on my stomach at about 2-3 weeks out. I started by only staying on my stomach for a short amount of time. I gradually increased that time until I just started falling asleep on my tummy. I love it, but sometimes I do have to adjust the girls to the right spot. It is like sleeping but doing compression at the same time. Some docs recommend it to help keep the boobies soft. Good luck! Just take it slow and work your way up to it.

I use a pillow under my breasts so they aren't flat against the mattress, have been sleeping on my stomach since about week 3. My back & neck hurt really bad trying to sleep on my back I had to improvise to get back on my stomach so I could get a decent night's sleep! Try it, it will feel strange at first but, in a few days it'll be a natural! |

I'll be 3 months in 3 days-YAY! I've been sleeping on my side since about day 10 or 11. I can sleep on my stomach, but it feels a little wierd...so I don't do ot much. Baby steps is the key! Try your sides for a little while, and then start to roll more and more onto your tummy! Good luck! |

ive been using a pregnancy pillow, because it is a long noodle pillow, i can really move my body around it, and it supports my boobs and hips and it feels like im on my tummy because of the pressure of almost hugging the pillow...

i literally got no sleep for the first few weeks after my BA. i hated not being able to sleep on my tummy! around week 3-4 i started testing it and gradually went from sleeping on my side to my stomach again. they feel kind of weird (pressure but no pain) but i noticed that when i bring my arms up and tuck them beneath my pillow i feel more pressure whereas when i bring my arms to my side i feel much better. sometimes i even "hug" them in my sleep for support LOL. just keep an arm under them while i sleep under my stomach. it helps! who knew sleeping would be such a hassle :P |

I was a stomach sleeper before my BA and now within the last 2 weeks I have been able to sleep on my stomach again. I will sometimes use a small blanket under my head as a pillow instead of the actually pillow it helps to elevate me a little better. It feels so good not to be on my back or side!
