Just Got Home!!!!!!!
My Surgery was @ 7:15 this morning and I just got home. I am feeling pretty good , I am really sore, The worst part so far was the IV going in & taking of blood. I am never good with that, started sweating felt sick and the room started spinning.. Nurse got me a cold rag and I was good to go. Next thing I knew I was waking up. I got 425 CC in both!!!! Hopefully no Bobbie Greed for me lol. Not sure on the profile though never thought to ask. I am chilling in the recliner icing my girls, heating pad on back. Any tips for me now !!!! Again thanks to all you Ladies u have been a tremendous source and Support System. I'll update again later.

That sounds great. Just keep chillin and make sure to drink plenty of liquids. Do not push yourself. Just relax and let yourself heal.

I've got advise....PUT THE COMPUTER DOWN AND GO GET SOME REST!! That pain med will wear off in a bit and then you'll be hating life!

 YaaaaaaaaaaaY!  to the other side! Isn't it great!? I was so excited when I got home from my BA that I wanted to post to, but I was too out of it.  Do be sure and rest. Keep water beside you. Keep the phone and the remote within reach also. Glad to hear that all went well.

My only advise is rest..rest...rest. Your body needs to heal. Don't go crazy doing house work when your feeling better, you'll pay for it later. Take it easy and let hubby pamper you for a few days, you deserve it.

Congrats on the girls, Darlene! My only tip right now is try to eat something before taking your meds to avoid nausea and vomiting.
It hurts when you throw up right after your BA! Rest, take care, and best wishes for a smooth recovery! |
