How high are your breasts when they are completed? I am getting 400 cc's, saline under the muscle. I am so scared they will be too high! What determines this?

To me, they felt like they were right under my collarbone, but in reality the upper pole was prolly 2-3 or so inches below it. I believe its all the swelling and extra fluid that causes this. Also the muscles are tightly contracted and theyre holding everything in real close.

i got hp's, saline under's 400cc's..and as you can see from my pic..they are settling in nicely..i'm only 12 days post op also..

I had 475CC and mine were high when I came home but they are normal now. If you are getting under the muscle they can look that way in the beginning before they begin to drop. I freaked out about mine at first because I did not know this. Good luck.

The pocket the PS makes determines the height of the implant so be very clear with your PS how you want to look. I told him I wanted a very natural look, with not much upper pole fullness and then the strap they have you wear after surgery help push them down into place.
Mine have dropped, or I should say are dropping and I want a slope with alot of fullness on the bottom. I like the option of being able to push them up if I want or have a more natural look with out a bra. HTH ~ Sunny

You will be shocked when you wake up and they are under your chin! LOL! But they do settle with time. My PS says 6-8 weeks minimum. Mine have already dropped quite a bit in 2 weeks, but they still have a ways to go. There is so much WAITING involved in a BA - both before and after! Good Luck!!!
