So last week my strap needed some washing and I also needed some extra support for a few hours at out of house meetings. So.....I figured out that you can take the shelf of a cami and wear it above the breasts during "off moments" I left it up (above the breast, just as the strap sits) at home that day and during drive times. Then when I got to my meetings I was able to wear it normal and had some support for the girls for that short period so as to not look alien.

So I still got some push down time (drop baby drop) --shelf still offers the strap effect--and yet had available support when I needed it.

Thought I'd pass that on!

Thanks so much I am not doing so well with the strap it is really irratating my incisions (crease) so wearing that for a couple hours would really give me some much needed relief

What a wonderful idea

I'll comit that to memory incase I need to use it. Not sure if I'll be in the torture strap or not yet... but have a sinking feeling that I will.

LOVE IT!! I bet that felt better than the strap, too...softer against the skin I mean.

Yeah, not bad huh! I don't want to lead everyone estray though. I'd just use this method when you must. I'm sure the strap is still the best option for our girls to drop!
