Scar Therapy

I know this has been brought up in previous posts - but what are/have people used for skar therapy to speed healing and reduce visibility that you have found to be effective? I have a crease incision and the surgeon took off the surgical tape at my post-op yesterday and said they were healing nicely and didn't recommend anything extra - but I want to assist this along and make sure, in the long run, they are as invisible as possible

JACQELINERT will become famous soon enough
I use Neosporin's silicone scar sheets and love them. They are available in a lot of drug stores, but if you can't find them, you can get them online from neosporin.com or drugstore.com for around the same price.

My PS recommended them. They are easy to use, easy to take off and put back on, and the same color as my skin.

Crease incisions for me, also, and I, too, want them to be as invisible as possible. I massage them with Vit E oil once a day, massaging from front to back (the direction of the stitching) as that's what PS said to do. Once the oil is soaked in, I use Curad silicone scars strips. They are totally clear and you can barely tell they are on. They stay on quite well no matter what I am wearing. Both scars are softening and the left is really smoothing out nicely. I hope the right catches up.
