Hi everyone. I am on day 9 now and I worked my butt off today. I picked my daughter up a couple times and was kind of just being careless all day cause I was so busy. Now I am SO sore and freaking out that I have damaged myself. Is this possible or am I just being paranoid?

You probably just overdid it! At my 2.5 week post op I tried to convince my PS I'd torn something. I hadn't and the pain was gone the next day. Don't forget those babies are stretching and tearing around in there. They are busy and when you are too it leads to a tough day.

The healing process it just that, a process and one that you do from the inside out. You may feel fine but those new girls

of your yours need TLC in a big way. You DON'T want complications later. You DO want this to be an experience that is as comfortable and challenges free as possible!

There is absolutely no rhyme nor reason to CC so you being careless won't cause you to develop it. However, you just had major surgery---slow down! While taking care of kids and house, don't forget to take care of yourself!
