Not wearing bra because of incisions...
Hi Ladies,
 I need some advice. I have not been wearing a bra during the day because it irratates my incisions that keep opening because of spitting stitches. The incisions are getting better but it seems if I have anything touch them they get wet all over again. So my question is am I hurting my BA by not wearing a bra just till things dry up really good then I will wear one again. Has anyone else not worn a bra? I am 5wks 2days from Full Anchor lift & BA. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks A million! P.S. I am wearing 2 camis during the day just so I have some type of support. |

Hi, Patti! What does your PS say about the splitting incisions, and going w/o a bra? Have you tried gauze pads inside your bra cups to lessen friction? And, do the camis not cause your incisions to leak? I would like to say, without a doubt, that you are probably doing the best for your circumstances...but I've only had one BA, and I didn't have your specific issues. I'm sorry I'm not really any help. Just glad to see someone else up at this God-awful hour!

I would cover them with gauze and wear a seamless sports bra...
