humpy boobs stretched nipples and other issues!

Hello everyone. Time for my weekly whine and Q & A session.

I am 19 days post op and I have gone from being horrified (day one) with the outcome to very pleased and back to not very happy. My main issues are:

1. Pre op I had quite nicely shaped boobs but empty on top if you know what i mean. I wanted them filled out.
One of the things I wanted to avoid was that stretched nipple (areola really) look as I had quite perky nipples and highish on the breast mound. They are now very stretched looking . My ps said it should'nt be a problem really as I wasn't having v. large implants. 300cc. But they are there. Is this likely to resolve itself?

Also the nipples are lower on the breast than I hoped . Which brings me to question number 2. With overs as I have, are the implants likely to drop any more ? I feel that if they drop more into the lower area of the breast then my nipples would be higher on the breast? However I think I was told with textured silicone the pocket is made an exact fit and they can't go anywhere? So at the moment I have hard slightly humpy top halves of my boobs and softer almost fluidy bottom halves?!?

Also although I would like the implants to travel south a bit more to resolve these two issues, I dont want the whole boob to drop if that makes sense? Just the implant inside the boob. So they aren't lower and saggy.

Can anyone throw any light on these questions? I would be so grateful.
I hope they are a work in progress and I'm not looking at the final result. I know that would be the case for unders. They keep improving.

Thank you in advance to all you knowledgeable boob experts.

Ali

I'm not sure about being an expert but I think overs do drop slightly, your tissues need a bit of time to stretch and relax into their new shape.

you should drop. i noticed that my scar (crease) was on my ribcage, its under/on the boob now so overs/text (which is what i have) do drop
