Congrats on your BA! I too was very upset with what I saw initially and my nipples were really low and pointed down. I am 6 weeks post op and they are almost center already. I am leaps and bounds happier with them now then I was in the beginning and they get better every day. Best thing I did was take pictures, it was the only way I could tell they were changing.

Honey, honey, honey... take it easy. You're only 5 DAYS! Try to enjoy the whole experience. Take pics to see how they change. It's neat! It's like not taking pics of your newborn because they were delivered w/forceps and they've got a bruise on their eye. It's part of their history. I've read so many times about ladies who regret not taking any pics in the beginning.

Your boobies will change so much, especially cause you had unders. Be patient sweetie. It'll be fine in no time
