Some surgeons offer computer imaging.  This helps to give you an idea of what your breasts will look like after your surgery.  Keep in mind that these pictures are not very realistic as far as exactly how you'll look, but they are good indicators of size.  It's a plus when trying to decide how large or small you should go.

This subject had very realistic results.  The photo on the left is her before picture.  The photo on the right is the imaging photo her surgeon done.  In this particular case, her imaging photo looks very much like the results she actually received.
