Patient wishes to increase her breast size from an A cup to a full C cup, giving her a more feminine appearance. TECHNIQUE: Subpectoral breast augmentation mammoplasty using a 225 cc Mentor saline implant filled to 250 cc on the left breast and a 250 cc Mentor saline implant filled to 275 cc on the right breast.
