The first photo set shows the fill port of the Spectrum Expandable breast implant. This subject had the transaxillary incision (note incision in photo). The port for the Spectrum is usually placed near the incision site. 

 

The next photo set shows the syringe inserted into the fill port, adding additional saline.

 

The last photo shows an "overall" view of the subject, as saline is added to her breast implants.
