Traditional surgical planning relies on a combination of implant diameter and volume. If more projection is needed, a larger implant with a wider diameter must be selected. However, this larger diameter might be incompatible with the patient's desire and body type. With the introduction of INAMED Aesthetics Style 68 Saline Matrix, implant diameter continues to be a focal point in the planning phase, but the ability to select three unique projections with the same base diameter allows the surgeon to customize the outcome to meet the patient's expectations and not worry about sacrificing implant width to achieve the desired projection.

Textured surface implants were designed to reduce the chance of capsular contracture (a hardening of the breast), and promote tissue adherence, which may help to maintain proper implant positioning. It has a moderate profile, and was designed to reflect the slope of a breast. With the upper area gently sloping downward and outward, the Style 163 is more likely to shape the upper part of your breast with a gentle slope. The Style 163 is designed for use with BioDIMENSIONAL® planning techniques, which help to produce consistent aesthetic results. Five sizes are available, ranging from 360-380cc, to 780-820cc. Inamed Style 363 - Textured Saline Anatomical - Low Height / Full ProjectionThe Style 363 BioCurve Saline-Filled Breast Implant is a shaped breast implant, and has the BIOCELL® textured surface. Textured surface implants were designed to reduce the chance of capsular contracture (a hardening of the breast), and promote tissue adherence, which may help to maintain proper implant positioning. It has a low height and full projection, and was designed to reflect the slope of a more mature breast. With the lower height, the Style 363 is more likely to produce a breast shape with less upper pole fullness, but with greater lateral fullness. The Style 363 is designed for use with BioDIMENSIONAL® planning techniques, which help to produce consistent aesthetic results. Five sizes are available, ranging from 230-240cc, to 650-685cc. With the upper area gently sloping downward and outward, the Style 468 is more likely to shape the upper part of your breast with a graceful slope. INAMED Aesthetics' Silicone-Filled breast implants are constructed from a patented low diffusion silicone elastomer shell filled with a soft, cohesive silicone that is available in standard and high projections. These implants are available in smooth and textured (BIOCELL®) style designs. The low diffusion shell features a barrier coat between two layers of silicone elastomer to minimize silicone diffusion. Silicone-Filled breast implants are only available on a limited basis in the United States, under a carefully controlled clinical study, for women seeking breast reconstruction.
