Incorrectly placed areola incision


Incorrectly placed areola incision

 

Note the incisions at the bottom of each areola.  Instead of the surgeon placing the incision just where the light and dark skin meet, he placed them inside of the areola (the darker area of skin around the nipple).  The result is a white scar that resembles a smiley face.
