what did your surgeon discuss with you? All bra's fit differently even if they say the same size.

End results vary based on the amount of breast tissue an individual has. My thought would be you would end up in a mid to large "C" category.

It depends on the style of the bra. The same breast can fit nicely in different size/style bras. In general, 400 cc's is about two bra cup sizes, but it varies by patient, the amount of her own breast tissues, weight gain/loss and her normal monthly breast swelling.

You will be a full C. The result will look amazing if you chose high profile implants.

Every 120-150cc implant increase will increase your breast cup size by about 1. So, your cup size should have increased by about three.

Congratulations on your recent surgery. I tell my patients to wait before buying bras because, in my experience, things still change for the first 3-6 months. Each patient is different.

Hard to say because the science of bra fitting and making is very inexact. A patient with a 32 chest is typically fairly petite and cup size can go up rather quickly with only small increases in volume, whereas a patient with a 36 chest width will not see nearly the same increase in cup size with a similar size implant. I have had patients with 32 chests and high profile implants in the mid-300 range tell me they buy DD or DDD bras at Victoria's Secret. If you look at these girls however, they do not look anything like what you would think a DD or DDD would look like. I know everyone focuses on cup size, but really what matters most is what the implant looks like on your body realitive to what you were hoping to accomplish. Basing your happiness solely on cup size can be very frustrating for both you and the surgeon.

It is difficult to say exactly what bra size you will be post-breast augmentation. There are many variables involved. The best way to determine your bra size would be to get sized when you go bra shopping.

If you've already had surgery, your surgeon should have told you that implant volume and cup sizes have no formula that allows for prediction. You'll be whatever bra that fits you according to your standards of comfort (one of the many reasons bra sizes are unpredictable, identically sized and shaped women can prefer different bra sizes.) Hopefully, you sized in the office so that you'll know what you'll look like when you have dropped and fluffed. That's really all that matters anyway.

The answer depends upon where you buy your bra. For instance, you will find that with Victoria's Secret you are a larger cup size than Nordstroms.

You should ask your surgeon and hope that you got some informed education and saw pictures of what to expect as your outcome. Without seeing you, I'd say maybe a full B. All the best, and a good recovery.

Thank you for the question. The answer is, it depends. Many factors are involved like your height, weight, chest circumference, amount of breast tissue, and so on. In general, 300cc will increase you by a cup size, but again that is a very generalized number.
