Yes, some surgeons do implants on bio men. We ask that the patient have a recommendation from a psychologist and be under the care of an endocrinologist for hormonal manipulation. I also recommend over the muscle placement if you have typical male pectoralis.

It really depends on individual plastic surgeons. Pectoral muscle implants are done more usually on men than actual breast implants, but I do both.

The anatomical shape is the most popular. If you prefer you can discuss having a vertically- shaped with the surgeon. Vertical pectoral implants result in a higher and fuller middle of the chest.

However, I would recommend that you seek out a plastic surgeon who does transgender surgery, because there are many additional steps to consider other than the surgery that may be beneficial. Yes, breast implants can be placed in men. I have a patient in my practice currently who had been on estrogen supplementation with B-cup breasts. Silicone implants were placed to increase size.
