Dr. Roughton is a board certified plastic surgeon who works in Raleigh, NC at Davis and Pyle Plastic Surgery/Amelia Aesthetics. She is from Greensboro and spent 8 years as a TarHeel before moving to Chicago for training. She then spent many years doing breast reconstruction before transitioning to aesthetics. She loves breast and body surgery and has a growing practice of Labiaplasty and vaginal rejuvenation as well.  

In addition to plastic surgery, she is a married mom of 3 kids and one poorly behaved Labrador retriever. She laughs about the difficult pronunciation of her last name and is happy to be called Dr. Michelle.
