Just how firm can anatomicals feel?

I'm a month post op, they're hard as rocks and haven't softened in the slightest. I know this type of implant is firmer than others and I'll probably be suffering with maximum firmness due to having no breast tissue to start with but just how firm are we talking? Like an orange? Foam ball? Thick jelly?

I like how they look but I hate the feel so much I'm already thinking of explanting. I don't want to wait the full year just hoping they'll soften because then the skin will have stretched so much I'll need a lift. The sooner I explant, the less chance I'll need a lift.
