Natural look implants in Japan?

Hey Dr Kim,
I noticed a lot of Japanese models have very large yet very natural looking implants. Is there a special technique or a different kind of implant they have in Japan? Thanks!

Dr. David Kim is on a distinguished road
There really are no " special techniques " And the implant choices are all pretty much the same. It depends on the type of implant, the profile of the implant , how much breast tissue there is to start with, how large your frame is. There are so many different factors. Many doctors only use high profile implants and that would give a rounder look.
