Size and type advice

Hi Dr. Kim.

I'm a fairly petite asian girl. About 5'3", 110lbs. Currently, I'm about a 32D and I want to go slightly larger but more importantly, I want it to look fuller. What I mean is that without a good support, my breasts can sag a little. I want that firm, perky look. What can you suggest in terms of size, type of implant, etc?

You're a natural D? Then most likely you would need some sort of reduction with scarring to get your breasts smaller and perkier and then an implant. That firm perky look is mostly if you are an a or b cup and you are perky to begin with.

If you're talking about the vertical scar from the nipple down, then I will pass on the reduction. Thanks for the response though.
