Is it possible to have subglandular implant with natural looking results?

Hello Dr. Kim,
I am curious if it it possible to have subglandular implants and achieve natural looking results? I have become very active and use a lot of upper body strength (yoga). I heard that if the implants were placed submuscular instead, it will create "boob farts" and discomfort can working out. Thanks!

I'm not really sure what boob farts are but anytime the implants are under the muscle they will move a bit when flexing. Under the muscle will give you a more natural look than on top of the muscle.

Thank you for your reply. Would getting large implants underneath the muscle weaken those muscles or would strength still be the same other than maybe having breasts that will get in the way?

I don't have many patients complain of lack of strength afterwards but it's possible.
