HP vs Mod + mentor

Hello I really like your videos because they all look so natural. I like that they usually hang and have lower upper pOle. They also seems to move very nice. I am just curious what brand of implant do you use. And do you usually recommend mod + or HP. I am 5'7'' 12.7 bWd 125lbs very little breast tissue. 34 a. I think my rib cage is 28 inch.

With these stats what would you recommend? I looking for a D to DD. I have been sort of looking at 450-500 mentor hp. Or 400 mentor mod+.

I would love to hear your response.

I probably use more mod plus than high profile but in the larger sizes sometimes you have to use the higher profile implants. However, you can still get a natural look with high profile implants in the bigger sizes. It depends on how much breast tissue you have to start and how low or high on the chest your breasts sit and how soft they heal.
