Will my choice of implants be proportional?

Hello Dr. Kim, from my stats will 310cc Sientra textured shaped classic base implants (width = 11.5cm, height = 12.5cm, projection = 4.4) be proportional to my body? I want to be natural looking but perky and not small. Can I go bigger?

The reason my PS want anatomical is because one nipple is 1.5cm higher than the other so the shaped implant will make it less noticeable. What do you think of that?

Thank you for your help.

I think if your nipple is higher before surgery it will still be higher after surgery. Of course you could go larger so long as your skin will stretch but you may need a higher profile implant to get it to fit.
