I have a consult coming up with you soon. I have been seeing a lot of wonderful results using anatomical true cohesive, especially in very thin girls….

I was curious; do you also use anatomicals? What is your opinion on them?

I have the highly cohesive gel implants available but they do feel a little bit stiffer and I don't think they necessarily give a more natural look unless you are comparing them to a higher profile implant. The moderate and moderate plus round implants also look very natural. But some people like the firmness of the highly cohesive gel.
