Injury to healing breast?

I am one week out from a 3rd time breast revision. This time I went from 270 to 500 and switched from over the muscle to under the muscle.

However, the doctor told me that he had to create a new pocket and stitch everything in carefully and that there can be complications with going from overs to unders. Today I was trying to pick something up from an awkward position on the floor of the closet. I was supporting my body in sort of a plank position (so stupid, I know!) and I felt something pop and then feel very painful internally, sort of on the inside third of my left breast in a small area when I bend over or move a certain way. Until this happened, my pain overall was lessening and I wasn't having any sharp or severe pains.

I'm just wondering how likely it is that I have done serious damage internally? Everything looks fine (the shape of the breast I mean); I guess I am just freaking out that maybe I did something that might disrupt the newly created pocket or popped an internal suture. Or, could I just have pulled a muscle? I will ask at my follow up appointment next week but wanted to ask an expert in the meantime.
