1 under and 1 over; slipped through

So, I am 3 weeks post op from revision surgery from overs to full unders due to CC in one breast. The second day it was clear that one is over and one is under. What are your thoughts on revision from overs to unders and the risks of slipping through, and questions I should be asking my PS and considerations for moving forward from here. I didn't even know this was possible and I know the one that is under is going to take time to drop & fluff, so I have no way of knowing what my final result is going to look like if I don't repair it... but I don't know if there are other issues I should be aware of as well... Any thoughts?
