Hello, Doc! Just went to my first consultation yesterday, all went smoothly EXCEPT for the Dr. telling me trans axillary insertion of 500cc is not recommended, since I had my heart set on an armpit scar vs boobie scar. This is the first I'm hearing of this so I can't help wondering if this is true or if perhaps this surgeon isn't 100% confident in his trans axillary skills? What do you think, have you heard the same thing about trans ax also being higher likelihood of capsular contracture and infection? Cuz he says that also.
