revision or new implants

hello

just had multiple surgeries, face tummy & breast augmentation lift/implant..(anchor)

happy with shape, love new placement of nipples, like brand new little cherry buds, just gorgeous.

the trouble is the implant is way to low.

i wanted teardrop, anatomical under muscle thru arm...but the problem with these newbies they are way too low, love the shape tho.

my question is if i have a revision what i envisage is not to touch previous anchor scar under breast...
want to go thru armpit and lift existing implants up?

is it just like i envisage?

and i asked for teardrop, dr confirmed these are mentor silicone teardrop 3320cc or 330 cc he changed that a few times.
i have had a look and cant find any mentor teardrop silicone only
mentor style 2700 moderate profile... saline (not silicone)
mentor style 2900 high profile.......... saline (not silicone)

i want to go thru armpit and make new pocket 3 " higher and am i right would old anchor scar end up flat on my upper tummy.

i am very lean and would prefer revised implant below muscle and prob is were asked which i wasnt would go for high profile.

its only been a month i am planning revision in 4 months.

or should i just take this one out and start again.

i will shortly upload photos.

any comments would be hugely appreciated.
