First breast augmentation - opinion needed

Hello, I would like your advice on what type of implant I should choose as well as the placement, incision and cc amount. I'm 22, 5'8" and weigh about 115 lbs. I have a thin waist and wide hips as well as shoulders (you can see from my picture I think). I'm an A cup and my bwd is 14 cm and the plastic surgeon I've seen told me my skin is pretty thick. She suggested getting 300 cc moderate profile silicone round implants, subglandular with a crease incision. I was wondering if you think this would be a good choice or would suggest something else? The look I'm aiming for is a natural looking C cup.

Thank you,
