One implant is lower than the other

Ok, so I am freakin out. I had my BA done 3 months ago. My left boob is lower than my right by about a good 3/4 inch. It looks awful. From the side it looks like it is hanging. MY PS told me I didnt need a lift pre BA. My right one is perfect. It like the top part of my chest on the right is flat too far down if that makes sense? Also, my left boob is bigger! Is there any way of correcting this? Has anyone had this issue before? Thanks in advance.

for me the nipple is a little lower but breast same level. PS said I still need to drop. Set up an appointment with your ps. They'll tell you exactly what's wrong. For me I wasn't due for an appointment until next month but I made it earlier. It shouldn't be an extra charge

hey there, i thought i was the only one in the whole world with this sort of prob..lol... i have had 2 BA's third coming up soon i hope... before any surgery and the reason for surgery was because i was really uneven.. left side saggy B cup, right side small and impossible to sag A cup.. my 1st 2 surgeries the PS i had promised i didn't need a lift on lefty and the implants would pick up the sag...450/500 gel, unders.. anyway thats not what happened... i since have got a new PS due to the last guy wiping his hands of me cause i have a fold in gel implant and he wont fix it... anyway when i went to see the new surgeon he measured me and my left breast is a full 2 cm lower than the right and same with nipples which are different sizes to begin with ( which i also want fixed).. the right one is high and perky and really full at the top, the left one is saggy and has no fullness at the top it just looks flat... i hate it so much, but have been told that maybe they could lower the crease on the righty and that might help even them up.. but i also want to go up in size which they tell me might not be possible either...
but having said all that , you are only early days and they do change ALOT of 6 months or so.. i still seen changes in mine after 12 months...( don't you hate it when people tell you to be patient!!!! it sux right??) but i would research it while waiting if i was you... and hopefully you will even out... good luck im thinkin of ya!

Hi. I'm in the same boat as you. My right is about 3/4 inch lower than my left. My right looks bigger and more fully shaped as well. I am 2 months today and getting impatient. I see my Dr. in 2 weeks and can't wait to hear what he thinks. Definetly want to talk to him about fixing this and going larger at 6 months.

Everyone says to be patient that they will even out, but my uneveness has not changed since week 3.

Have you gotten any feedback from your Dr.?

When the breast is lower or nipple is pre-BA, then a lift should have been performed. When the base of the implant is lower then the pocket is too low and needs to be fixed. When this happens the nipple actually appears higher than on the other side and looks bigger.

I had my surgery 3 weeks ago and one of my breast has dropped beautifully and the other one is hanging on. It's only 1/2 a cm higher but I can totally see the difference. My ps told me to massage it at least 3 times a day for 5 minutes to help work it down. Also, he did an ultrasound a couple days on it to soften the tissue up. I hope mine drops down more too. I don't really want to have another surgery, kwim?

My right is lower. The fact that it is lower my implant is a slant. Hard to explain but it causes my right to be smaller in projection. Getting it corrected in 21 days =) do u have any pictures to share?

I have the same problem, mine are uneven, my left is bigger than my right and the shapes are different. I love the way I look in a bra but outside the bra I am I sad. My PS told me that he was happy with my progress thus far and that I still have a lot of changing to do. I really hope he is right.
