BJJ. After a while I didnít notice extra pressure on my implants,. They just felt like me. However, as you know the pressure on your chest while rolling is supposed to suck for everyone. If it makes you feel better I just had my17 year old 600s silicon implants replaced and they were completely intact. This is after 17 years of heavy lifting, MMA, running 1/2 marathon etc. they are pretty sturdy.

I have not even start my BJJ journey yet..so imagine all the extra doubt regarding a new "challenging" sport+ BA issue!

Well, it's been a long life that of your implants, definitely! i fear very much the kicks, throws and all that if i get hit on them..but yes, it's a risk u got to asume in BJJ..

Any protective stuff for BJJ?

Hope u doing great with the recovery!
