Anyone Itchy After Lift?

So now I'm 5 weeks post op and am seriously itchy, had a lollipop lift and its not even the scars that itch just all around the bottom of both boobs along the crease and a bit lower down on my ribs. Doesn't actually feel like its the skin, but underneath. Anyone had this?

cricket007 will become famous soon enough
Wanting to scratch my boobs off at the moment, LOL! Mine itch mainly around the lower outside creases. I just figured it was my scars, but maybe its a BA thing? A couple weeks ago it was the sides of my boobs itching. Hmmmmm.....maybe its to do with d&f that is stretching our skin.

After my first lift I swear the itched the whole first year. And I could never itch it right around the bottom of the breast. It was annoying and not feel right to itch around the vertical scar. I'm not looking forward to the itching again. Your not alone.

Oh no, don't think I could stand a year of itching..... more I talk about it the worse it is, scratching right now.....

Anything that can be used to help, maybe antihistamine?

OH THANK GOD!! I thought it was me and I was crazy!!!

I've bruised myself from scratching. I, too, have been itching insanely. No matter how much lotion I put on the skin, though it does help in that it keeps the fabric of my clothing from making things worse...it feels like a million lit nerves to me.

Itching that won't go away even when you scratch, well, it feels like I've been consigned to hell. (Perhaps the devil is seeing what works on me ahead of time? hahaha!)

Thanks Butterfly, Jak for bringing it up. The thought that it could go on for a year as happened to VirgoGirl is not joy inducing...but at least I now know it won't go on this way indefinitely.

I am so glad to know it's not just me! I hate to suffer alone but seriously my boobs itch like crazy! Yesterday at Lowe's while looking at paint my husband was like you realize you are going at it on your boobs right? bahaha I really was! I had both hands scratching away and didn't even realize it! So ready for the itching to end!!!

The itching could actually be from the BA if this is your first one. Most women who get a simple BA get itching. Hope that helps too!
