drainage tubes and incisions?!
I just had my first consult for a BA yesterday, and my PS mentioned I would need a lift. I have an extreme C/A asymmetry, and he said the lift would be necessary to fix my tubular shape. He said I would most likely need an anchor incision on my C breast, but I forgot to ask if the incision on my smaller breast would be the same or a doughnut - is it common to have two different incisions or would it most likely be the same so the scars are similar?
Also the pamphlets he provided said sometimes drainage tubes are needed after a breast lift. Did you have drainage tubes? do you regret it? did it make recovery more difficult? how would I know if I would need them?
