Thanks for the replies everyone, well I'm going to continue to search for a Dr in LA.
I called a surgeon in San Diego and the receptionist asked for 200$ up front for an appointment consult that's three months away......then I asked her how many rhinos he performs she said 15 a month then I asked her well how many is that a year she said 400 lol! Something doesn't add up here .....so he is out!

Nose jobs are some of the most challenging PS procedures. I wouldn't even go to a "general PS" for anything on my face. I love my PS but I wouldn't go to him for anything to do with my face. I would only consider facial plastic surgeon who ONLY does faces. If the guy with 4 years is a facial specialist I would consider him over a general PS. DO your homework. So many more people are unhappy with nose job results.
My first rhinoplasty was with a general PS, and a bad one at that. That guy was a serious butcher in general. He botched a lot of patients. I learned the hard way! Revision is expensive. Depending on the botchery, a person may need more than one surgery. Worst of all, I was in an emotional wreck for a while. The swelling made me feel ugly. The recovery was the worst! I also did an upper lip lift with it.... so imagine the swelling. I looked like a monkey. I wasn't use to the new look, because I wanted subtle and something closer to my old look.
Don't get me wrong. My revision dr did a great job. It's almost perfect. Still has imperfection, but it's very small. Not like before. I now love it because it fits my face and I get lots of compliments on how "pretty I look".

So I'm sitting here on a consultation in karams office, that I paid two hundred dollars for. I have been sitting alone in a room for 18 mins now, the consultation is supposed to be an hour long ......update. he walked in right after I posted this. The consultation went well he had excellent bed side manner he seemed genuine and he answered all big my questions I didn't feel rushed at all. The imaging looked great. And he quoted me 8,650! The other surgeon only quoted me 5,000! Both surgeons have said that my nose is an easy fix. One thing struck me as odd though. He said that he did the patient consultants nose....and we'll her picture is all over his website. But when I saw her in person her nose had a two huge bumps on the side of it, it was droopy and it had a big hump! It was also crooked He said he did it right years ago...I'm confused as to why he'd be proud of it
