Working out after Pregnancy

Hey Ladies!

How long after childbirth do you usually have to wait to resume exercise? I just hit six weeks and was cleared to return to work, but what about more strenuous activity?

I'm not talking anything quite as intense as Crossfit, but would like to get back to squatting, deadlifts, etc. the usual stuff you do with free weights and barbells. HIIT and core work too. Anyone have some good experience with this?

Hi, Denise! It's up to you when to start workouts. I personally started after 2 months and very easy not heavy weights. I learned a lot from Valeria Lipovetsky on instagram and youtube. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCWk...7YNzifE3A4UsMA She has already 3 kids and looks gorgeous)
